MSME Link

Why we built MSME Link

Micro, small and medium businesses are the backbone of the economy, yet most of them still run on notebooks, spreadsheets and instinct.

The MSME Link story

Access to finance, to markets and to growth depends on something simple: reliable information and disciplined processes. We built MSME Link to give every business, whatever its size, the operating tools that were previously available only to large companies.

Most small business software records transactions after the event. By the time the accountant closes the month, the stock has already run out, the customer has gone 90 days without paying, and the cash position is already a surprise.

MSME Link is built for the working day, not the month-end. Every entry updates your stock, your ledgers and your dashboard immediately — so you can make decisions on real numbers, not last month's.

Our belief

Growth follows discipline. When a business knows its numbers every day, controls its cash and stock, and can show its stakeholders a clear picture — opportunities follow.

Built for the working day

Real-time updates on sales, stock, cash and receivables — not month-end summaries that arrive too late to act on.

Finance-grade discipline

Designed by people who understand what banks, auditors and investors expect to see. The same standard, at every business size.

Local understanding, regional reach

Developed in Sri Lanka, designed for the realities of MSMEs across Asia. Affordable, practical and built for how business actually works here.

About Vionx Counsulting

Built by practitioners who have lived the problems MSME Link solves.

Vionx Counsulting (Private) Limited is a Sri Lankan software and consulting firm with professional ties across Asian markets. We combine software engineering expertise with deep, first-hand experience in development finance and MSME lending.

Our roots are in professional practice — audit and advisory work across banks, finance companies, manufacturers, traders and service providers. That exposure taught us how differently businesses of every size handle the same fundamentals, and how often the software is the constraint rather than the enabler.

We extended that experience inside a listed non-bank financial institution regulated by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka — running a finance function from the ledgers and the monthly close through to treasury, capital raising, financial modelling, board reporting and strategic planning. Few teams see a finance function from every level of it. Ours has, and has evaluated and implemented core banking systems from the customer's side of the table.

That means we know the difference between a demo and a live migration, and between a report that looks correct and one that reconciles. Every module in MSME Link is designed by people who have had to answer for the numbers, not merely display them.
