What is MSME Link?

An overview of the integrated modules on one shared ledger, and who each module is for.

3 min read

MSME Link is a complete business management platform for Micro, Small, Medium and Enterprise businesses across Asia. It brings your entire operation — accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, payroll, CRM, and point of sale — onto a single shared ledger so nothing falls through the cracks.

Core modules

  • Sales — Quotations, sales orders, invoices, receipts, and returns with automatic GL posting.
  • Point of Sale — Cashier shifts, touch-friendly checkout, offline resilience, and end-of-day summaries.
  • Purchasing — Purchase orders, goods received notes, supplier bills, payments, and returns.
  • Inventory — Stock tracking, physical counts, adjustments, production, and inter-branch transfers.
  • Accounts — Full double-entry bookkeeping, journals, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliation.
  • Fixed Assets — Asset register, depreciation schedules, and reconciliation.
  • CRM — Lead pipeline, social media inbox, campaigns, and customer journey tracking.
  • Projects — Budget management, financial tracking, milestones, and team members.
  • Talent & HR — Employees, attendance, payroll runs, payslips, and statutory remittances.
  • Reports — Trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, and ledger drill-down.

One ledger, no reconciliation headaches

Every transaction — whether raised in the POS at the shop front, on a sales invoice in the office, or by a field rep on the mobile app — posts automatically to the same general ledger. There is no manual export-and-import step between modules, and no risk of the sales numbers disagreeing with the accounting numbers.

You don't need to understand double-entry bookkeeping to use MSME Link. The accounting happens in the background. You only need to engage with it if you want to review or adjust a journal.
