Step by step
- 1Enable the applicable batch settings and product batch/expiry tracking before using the lot-based workflow.
- 2Record manufacture and required expiry information when receiving tracked goods or production output.
- 3Open Stock Batches, select the relevant scope and inspect the lot quantity and trace information.
- 4Use the available batch selections when issuing production materials or delivering tracked products.
- 5If FEFO suggestions are enabled, review earliest-expiry suggestions before confirming the actual lot used.
A suggested lot is not automatically issued. Confirm the actual batch and quantity; do not describe planned supply as physically received stock.
