Step by step

1. 1Open Warranty Dashboard to review the available warranty information and claims.
2. 2Use Serial Register or Serial Lookup to find the specific unit, checking its product and related records.
3. 3Open Claims and create or review the claim using the available customer, item and serial details.
4. 4Record the issue and follow the claim's available actions, keeping status and service information up to date.
5. 5Review any replacement or stock/accounting action separately rather than assuming a claim status alone moves inventory.
