Step by step
- 1Open the report and choose the intended period, branch, partner or account as applicable. For statements, choose the required period columns and expand the sections you want displayed.
- 2Wait until the selected report has finished loading and check its title and amounts.
- 3Open the export action and choose PDF, Excel or CSV. Use Print for the available print view.
- 4PDF exports preserve statement section headings, account indentation, subtotals and final totals. Numeric values align right; longer PDFs repeat report headers and include page numbers.
- 5For email, enter the recipient and the available CC, subject, attachment format, filename and message fields. Review the selection before sending.
- 6Check the generated attachment and any delivery result. A CSV is a data export, not a formatted PDF statement.
Exports reflect the displayed report and its applied filters. PDF formatting follows the Income Statement and Balance Sheet style; do not expect an export to include hidden account rows or to replace the source documents.
