Trial balance
View all account balances at a point in time and verify that debits equal credits.

The trial balance lists every general ledger account with its debit or credit balance at a chosen date. It is the foundation of all financial reporting.
- Go to Reports → Trial Balance.
- Set the date and branch (or leave blank for all branches).
- Toggle between 'As at date' and 'Movement for period' views.
- Click any account name to drill into its individual transactions in the Ledger Account report.
